Founded in the USA in 1917, we are headquartered in Irvine, CA with satellite offices in New York, Los Angeles & Houston and comprise a broad portfolio of market-leading businesses, which represent a combination of cash generating activities and long-term property assets that are closely aligned to the increasingly prosperous business of the American region.

The AmeriCorp Group, Inc. produces oil & gas from operating oil fields, markets petrochemicals, conducts extensive scientific R&D in the fields of robotics, A.I. biotechnology & medical sciences, provides marketing / advertising services to companies, provides consulting / advisory services in the finance sector and develops and markets consumer products.

The Company also owns a petroleum refinery, produces petrochemicals and produces & markets a wide range of products such as gasoline, aviation kerosene, fuel oil and petroleum / gasoline derivatives.

AmeriCorp activities span hydrocarbon exploration and production, petroleum refining and marketing, petrochemicals, retail and exchange-based trader. The petrochemicals segment includes production and marketing operations of petrochemical products. The oil and gas segment includes exploration, development and production of crude oil and natural gas. The other segments of the company includes storage & logistics, a refined fuels retail business and special economic zone (SEZ) development.

Our Finance Sector activities include debt, equity and bond financing & procurement, public IPO's and private placements.
